Four Tet has worked his wonders yet again with an incredible remix of the title track from DIANA’s forthcoming debut LP, Perpetual Surrender. London producer Jon Hopkins has remixed a tune from Purity Ring’s 2012 debut, Shrines, and the result is astonishing. Seriously, his take on Amenamy is simply incredible. Hopkins’ recently dropped one of the finest electronic albums of the year with his Immunity LP. Check it out if you haven’t already.
Jessie Ware features on Miguel’s remix of his 2012 smash Adorn. I didn’t think anything could possibly make this track any better, but Ware’s gorgeous harmonies manage to do just that. I think I’ll go listen to Kaleidoscope Dream now.

Yesterday, as part of the annual Record Store Day celebration, Nicolas Jaar dropped a new 12″ remixing Grizzly Bear’s Sleeping Ute and Brian Eno’s Lux. Jaar takes Sleeping Ute and slows it down with a smooth yet haunting bass line and deep minimal drum beats, stretching it to almost eight minutes. Magic.
